Shipping
We do our best to ensure that orders received by 2 p.m. (EST) ship the same day via UPS Ground service. Other shipping options are available upon request and should be specified when an order is placed. Note that we cannot ship to PO boxes. Help us serve you faster by providing the following:

• Phone number
• Full street address (including suite number, floor number, etc.)
• Address status (residential or commercial)

Returns
To return product, please contact Signal Gear for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Items marked with an RMA number will be handled quickly and efficiently. Items without an RMA number cannot be accepted. Due to our dedication to providing you products with the highest levels of traceability, only defective product may be returned. All items for return must be verified as defective by Signal Gear. Signal Gear has sole discretion to either credit or refund the purchase price less shipping cost, or replace the product.

Sales Tax and Exemptions
Signal Gear is required by law to collect all applicable state and local sales taxes unless a tax exemption certificate is provided.
